New homes in the heart of Sherborne, constructed in the former walled garden of the 18th century Sherborne House, are proving so popular that only five properties now remain to be sold.

A new showhome, a design called ‘The Frink,’ is in the final stages of preparation for its opening on February 1.  The current showhome – of the same design – proved so irresistible that it was snapped up on the day it was launched.

All five of the remaining new homes are of The Frink design, and they share the privilege of being bordered by the original nine-feet-high brick-built wall of Sherborne House, making for great privacy in their gardens.
