Agents appointed for new Monmouth homes

Housebuilder Redcliffe Homes has announced the appointment of Newland Rennie to market its forthcoming development Llangattock Court, off Old Dixton Road in Monmouth.

The development comprises 20 new one- and two-bedroom apartments, on a site which was once occupied by a health clinic but has stood vacant for the last seven years.

The homes will be suitable for a range of purchasers, from first-time buyers or small families, to older couples or individuals seeking an easy-to-manage home or possibly even a buy-to-rent opportunity.

Lorraine Kendrick, Redcliffe’s sales and marketing manager, said: “Newland Rennie have an excellent understanding of the needs of homebuyers in this area, and we are delighted to have them on board.”

The new apartments are to occupy one of Monmouth’s prime locations, being within easy walking distance of the town centre and the River Wye, and close to good local schools, both state and independent.

The apartments will have a variety of design features, including some with balconies or split level interiors.

Lorraine said: “We are fully expecting people to be buying off plans here, with savvy early purchasers exercising the freedom to make their own selections from the fixtures and fittings available, as well as being sure of securing their preferred apartment.”

All the apartments will enjoy an open aspect, while the landscaped grounds will be cared for by a management company.  There will be a gated entrance to the parking area, as well as an allocated cycle store.
