Monmouth and Abergavenny named amongst the best places to live in Britain

Two towns in Gwent have been named amongst the best places to live in Britain by The Sunday Times Best Places to Live guide, published in March 2018. Both Abergavenny and Monmouth feature in the guide, which named Mumbles, as the best place to live in Wales.

Monmouth, nestled in the beautiful wooded Wye Valley, the town feels secluded and rural, with hikes up the Brecons and walks through the Forest of Dean are just some of the great outdoor pursuits you can indulge in, but when you do need a city fix, the city of Cardiff can be reached in under an hour.

With that in mind, why not consider a Redcliffe apartment, located within walking distance of Monmouth town centre.

The apartments within the renovated Rolls Buildings, an imposing local landmark, are unique and full of character, retaining the high ceiling and light-filled space of the original cottage hospital that was housed in the building. The new apartment block alongside offers a lift to all floors and is of exceptional quality in both design and specification, as well as having beautiful communal gardens.  With just eight apartments remaining, why not take this opportunity to buy now.

The apartments at Llangattock Court have been designed to be bright and airy, with light flooding through large windows. Located within walking distance of Monmouth Old Town with its cafes, bars, restaurants and Savoy Theatre. With only two apartments remaining here, don’t miss out on this last chance to buy.

Location, location, location…...clearly, it’s not just us who thinks Monmouth’s a winner!
