Quality Assurance Manager appointment.

We are delighted to announce that Tim Day has joined us as Quality Assurance Manager.

Tim’s career in house building started at in 1993 with Crest Nicholson Homes. Over the years he has worked his way through site roles and finished his career with Crest Nicholson in 2019 as a Senior Customer Service Manager, the highlight of which was being awarded a Gold Award for his role as Customer Service Manager of the year in 2017, overall winner for all regions within the Crest Nicholson Group. The last 2 years Tim has spent working for Lovell Homes South Wales & West assisting them in reaching a 5-star NHBC status.

Tim said ‘'I am really pleased to have been given the opportunity to join Redcliffe Homes in my new role as a Quality Assurance Manager, assisting with Customer Services. I am confident that working with the good, well-established team here I can add my years of experience to continue to improve the standard and quality of our homes.''
