Committee Approval for our site in Holt

We are excited to announce that we received a Resolution to Grant (Subject to a S.106 Agreement) from Wiltshire Council today at Strategic Planning Committee where members voted 6-3 in favour of our proposed development at ‘Land north of Melksham Road, Holt’. This outline planning permission will provide up to 55 residential units (Inclusive of 40% affordable housing) with all matters reserved except for access.
