Completion on Land sale

We have today completed the disposal of 225 units with a planning consent.

Thanks go to Andrew Given Dan Shaw Goughs Solicitors and Julian Harbottle Savills.

Our current phase totalling 191 units at Lackham Place, is progressing well, and we are hopeful of obtaining detailed planning consent shortly for a further 41 plots.

This land sale puts us in a strong position going forward to acquire more outlets.
