Expanding our business to meet the housing demands of the market

We’re excited to share the appointment of Jon Burcombe as our Chief Operating Officer, a position newly created as part of our ambitious expansion plans to grow the business. This strategic change in our company structure is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our ability to deliver high-quality homes efficiently.

Did you know that research from socio-economic experts at Bristol-based Marrons has revealed that the South West needs to build approximately 600,000 new homes in the next 15 years to meet the needs of the region’s 2040 population? This staggering figure underscores the importance of our expansion plans and our commitment to contributing to the region’s much-needed development.

This restructure of our leadership team will enable us to better manage the increasing complexities of housebuilding, with Jon’s industry knowledge, commercial acumen, and the high regard and respect he is held in making him the perfect fit for this new role.

We remain committed to promoting sustainable development and working closely with local communities to achieve positive contributions to the environment and local areas. With several new developments in progress, we are well-positioned to continue our growth trajectory and meet the housing needs of the South West.
