Latest Update on Nup End Meadow

This development will be an extension to our development we completed in 2020, Nup End Green.

Outline Planning permission has been granted for 42 dwellings; a selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes.

The Development will be constructed in timber frame. The environmental benefits of building timber frame are significant having a low CO2 cost and once installed provide high levels of thermal insulation, whereby reducing their carbon footprint.

No gas will be installed on the Development. We have also taken the decision to install Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) for space heating and domestic hot water. ASHP are energy efficient with a low carbon footprint. The only energy used is to power the unit which transfers heat energy from the external air into the dwelling.

Our Reserved Matters planning application has now been registered. Subject to our application being approved we will commence construction late Autumn 2022
