Milborne Port Update

The latest update for our forthcoming development in Somerset, Milborne Port, is that the S278 highways agreement has now been signed and we are now progressing technical approval with Somerset County Council.

Ecology work is now underway, with fencing erected and tree work complete. We are still on track to commence late Summer 2022.
