Reserved Matters approval for our development in Devizes

We are delighted to announce that we obtained Reserved Matters approval for our development in Devizes at Wiltshire Council’s Eastern Planning Committee this afternoon. From submission to permission took 8 months to the day.

Our proposal will deliver 54 new homes of which 30% are affordable homes which will provide an inclusive mix of housing types and tenures. It will deliver a high quality residential development which is complimented by a central ‘Green Lung’ of open space which will deliver 23% BNG improvement on site.
